How To Compress 1 GB Of File Into 100 MB

File compression is a process of “packaging” a file (or files) to use less disk space. Compression works by minimizing redundancy in a file’s code. In today’s tutorial, we will be discussing on the Topic “How To Compress 1 GB of File Into 100 MB”.

Step 1: Download and Install the compression software in your PC/Laptop download  
Step 2: Now Choose the “COMPRESS FILES” option and then click next.

Step 3: Now click on the three-dot button(located in the upper right part), then specify the location where you want to save the compressed file, after that assign a name for the new file
Step 4: Now Choose the compression level to “EXTREME” and then click on “ADD FILE” and add your desired file that you want to compress and then click on “NEXT”. Have patience it will take some time.

Note: For Decompression or for extracting the compressed file, Open KGB Archiver and then Choose Decompress archive and then follow the instructions given by the software.
