Balanced Diet  


The  traditional  Chinese  Medicine (TCM) divides food in to  three  categorizes. They are  :Yin,Yang and  Neutral  foods  







yin foods

 They  are  cool or  cold  in nature  .They  remove  the  excess  heat  in system and eliminate  toxins  .
some example  , Bananas , apples , Mangoes ets.


Yang foods

These are  the  opposite  of yin foods, They  warm the  interior  and  treat  the  symption caussed by excess yin.
Example; chicken , mutton , garlic,Ginger  and  pepper.


Neutral  food

It is  blong to  the  third category  .Some  examples  are  carrots,Eggs,and  potatoes . these foods  do  not  influence  any hot  and  cold  syndromes  .
The  ultimate  goal  of  TCM food  therapy is maintain a healthy balance  based on the  effect  of  food  on the  body  .TEM Practitioners  remark that by balancing our  diet  we  creat  harmony within the  body , resulting  well  being  , Therefor  eat  balance  diet
