How to Activate DND (Do Not Disturb) Services In your smartphone


DND (Do Not Disturb) Services app helps smart phone users to register their mobile number under DND to avoid Unsolicited Commercial Communication (UCC)/Telemarketing Calls/SMS. After registration if telecom subscriber still receives any UCC via SMS or call, then this app will facilitate users to register complaint with their respective Telecom Service Provider (TSP). The interface of the app is very user friendly and does not require much of the user intervention. Users can also check their Registration Status and Status of Complaints (Call/SMS). Some options of this APP will require internet connection.
Key Features

After installing the App, when used first time, it will automatically fetch the subscriber mobile number (depending upon the carrier network, if not user have to enter mobile number) which will henceforth be used by App for performing key functions, using internet connectivity, like:
a. Registration Status, whether mobile number registered for DND or not.
b. UCC Complaint Status, as what action has been taken by Telecom Service Provider (TSP) upon the complaint.

App will facilitate users to Register/Deregister for DND and change their preference for receiving UCC.

UCC complaints will be sent to 1909 through messaging service only and user will not charged
