Ingredients for soap solution: (20 % )

Rosin

Caster oil

Caustic Soda

Normal water

For solvents & preservative: (13%)

Creosote Oil (LCO)

For Germicidal Value (1.5 %)

PARA CHLORO META XYLENOL (PCMX)

WATER AS BASE (66 %)

PROCESS

Takes rosin and castor oil & heat till the mixture becomes like oil.

Make caustic soda solution and add to above mixture.

After addition of caustic solution heat the mixture till it becomes like soap.

Continues heating till taking sample on paper should not leave any oily stain.

Then add water & make it like liquid soap.

During heating when it i s boiling add lco & PCMX.

Stops heating & fill the bottels.
