Sujok treatment for cold, nose block & throat infection

1.Massage the areas with fingers or probe

2.Apply pepper seeds on the sujok correspondence area shown (If due to cold,sypmtoms-block or running nose)

3.Apply venthayam/methi/fenugreek seeds on the sujok correspondence area shown(If due to heat,symptoms-itching,irritation,inflammation)

4.Fix it with a micro-porous tape.

5.Leave it for 4hrs.

6.Do it for 3 days
